| Excavations and surveys in Snettisham, north-west Norfolk, in 1991, 1994 and 1998 revealedthe widespread remains of a Roman industrial area, including two pottery kilns, quarry pits (one of which contained timber steps), metalworking remains, structual debris, field boundaries and a rutted road.
