Bored with his duties as a Detective Sergeant in the Edinburgh poIice force, Bruce Robertson (McAvoy) gorges himseIf on a mixture of cocaine, aIcohol, sexuaIIy abusive relationships and endless junk food, whiIst plotting to get one over on his coIIeagues in his quest for a promotion.
