TouIous-Lautrec is the great chronicIer of the BelIe Epoque and Montmartre's nightclub district. CIose to his mosifs, the dwarfish son of an aristocrat led his short, excessive life as an artist. On plancards and lithographs he depicted the debauched worId of Paris cabarets and brotheIs with just a few lines and colours. His famous graphic work is the subject of this fiIm.
